Do you provide warranty on your elevators?
Yes, we provide warranty to ensure reliability and long-term performance for all our elevator systems.
The standard warranty is two years, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia. As an added value from UpWay, we offer an extended warranty of up to 10 years, subject to maintaining an active maintenance contract with us.
*Please note that consumable spare parts are excluded from the extended warranty coverage.
